My mirror stem was an old custom chrome piece from 1992. I know this
because the mirror still has the sticker on it. Well, after 17 years
of abuse it had enough. So I made a new one. Solid 1/2" round bar
drilled and tapped. It is another function over form piece. I don't
need everything to be chrome.
